Artist/Consumer Terms of Agreement
Written in this document are the terms of the agreement between
the artist and the consumer. Both parties must agree to the terms before entering into any transaction of service. This contract
is binding and its contents are agreed upon by both parties.
The Artist, Kim Burford, agrees to provide artistic
services to the client. The medium of Charcoal, Pencil or Colored Pencil will be applied upon high quality acid-free Paper
(Canson or Strathmore). A portrait will be drawn on behalf of the client. The Portrait will be sprayed with a fixative to
prevent smearing, staining, fading and to promote longevity. Price includes a Mat Frame.
Photographs or related
pictures wil be submitted by the client to be recieved by the artist via email or mail delivery. All photographs or pictures
will be handled with care and returned to the client along with the resulting portrait. All portraits and photographs will
be returned to the consumer in the time period quoted by the artist.
The price of this service has been negotiated
between both parties and simultaneousely agreed upon. This will be paid by Check,money order or PayPal electronic payment
and 50% recieved by the artist before service is rendered. The portrait will be scanned (photographic proof)and made available
for viewing by the client for the clients approval before final payment. Upon receipt of final payment Portraits will be be
mailed firstclass insured mail. Order forms and reciepts will be included along with certificate of Authenticity if so requested
by the client.
The artist strives to guarantee the clients satisfaction. However, if the client is extremely
unsatisfied with the services rendered by the artist, the work may or may not be redone at the discretion of the artist. If
the client returns the work to the artist (notifying the artist within 2 days of receipt), a 100% refund minus all shipping
and handling charges will be issued immediately.
All Artwork done by this Artist is protected by copyright
and may not be reproduced for any commercial reason without the written consent of the Artist. The Artist retains the right
to reproduce the artwork for promotional use (not for resale).
